SINRGY has a 14-day return policy from the time of order's delivery (Conditions apply)

We do not have to fulfill a refund in the below instances 

  • The item is a sample or you were made aware it was faulty before you bought it
  • Damaged items by trying to repair it yourself or getting someone else to do it 
  • The item is Made to Order to your specifications or its a Custom Order.

How long do i have to return my order?  The buyer must make us aware within 14 days of receiving your goods that they want to cancel. They then have another 14 days to return the goods once we have been made aware. 

When will I receive my refund? Once received in stock, the return will be processed and if it complies with the required conditions it will be credited back to the type of payment used at the time of purchase. This process can take upto 14 days of receiving the goods back, the goods must be unworn and in original condition and packaging. 
You will receive a confirmation email when the return is successfully completed. Shipping costs charged at the time of purchase are not refundable.

Proof of purchase The recipient must provide proof that they are the original account holder and the item has been sold to them. This could be a sales receipt or other evidence such as a bank statement or packaging.

Items returned by someone other than the buyer We only accept returns from the person who bought the item.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

SINRGY is not liable in any cases of loss, theft or damage to returned package, please keep hold of the return tracking number. 

The recipient is responsible for all import taxes, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by the country of shipment. Payment of these duties is required to clear your order through customs. It is not possible to calculate the exact amount to be paid for taxes and duties, so please check before placing an order.
